Cass Tocher

Operations Manager

Hi, I am Cass. I’m the Operations Manager for Active Chiropractic. I have lived in Oregon for almost 30 years. I have a bachelor’s degree from Portland State University and have been in the healthcare field for over 7 years.

I’ve been with the office since 2018. I first started with AC as the Office Coordinator and focused mainly on patient scheduling and running the front desk. I knew then that this was where I wanted to be. I love working with the people in our community and being part of a local business. As the Operation Manager, I manage all daily operations and insurance billing for the office. I continue to enjoy meeting and working with all our patients and being a part of their healing and wellness journey. I work with an amazing team of Practitioners and together we are making sure our patients are getting the best care at AC.

When I am not working, I enjoy time with my husband and spending time adventuring with him. Our children are older, making us some-what empty nesters, but still loving that our kids are close by.

Joe Chavez

Front Desk Coordinator

Hi, I am Joe. I’m the front office coordinator at Active Chiropractic. My role is to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently, from scheduling appointments and greeting patients to answering any questions you may have.

I’m a proud Pacific Northwest local who appreciates the natural beauty and diversity of this region. I love exploring our local parks and rivers with my girlfriend Cyria and our two adorable dogs, Wallace and Ponyo. Wallace is a Husky/Black Labrador mix who enjoys swimming and chasing squirrels, while Ponyo is a Pug mix who likes to cuddle and sunbathe. They are both loyal and friendly companions who always brighten up my day.

I also have a passion for electronics and technology. I like to tinker with various gadgets and devices, such as computers, smartphones, and EV’s. I enjoy learning how they work and how to improve them. I’m always curious about the latest innovations and trends in the tech world.
