Injury Rehabilitation Program

Here at Active Chiropractic, we address your issues with a holistic approach that includes chiropractic, massage therapy, nutrition counseling, and rehabilitation. Rehabilitation is a large part of getting your body back to being pain-free but also helps resolve the underlying issues that brought you to our office in the first place. Treating the root cause helps prevent you from returning with the same issue down the road. The rehabilitation component is an extremely important part of the healing process.

Nicole’s Bio:

Hello, I am Nicole.  I have 30 years' experience both as a dance instructor and also a group fitness instructor.  I received my B.A. in Dance from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point.  I moved to Oregon shortly after finishing my undergraduate studies to work on my graduate studies in Dance Science at the University of Oregon.  I was also a graduate teaching fellow during my time there teaching dance classes for non-majors.  My fascination with the human body began in high school when I took my first anatomy class.  Since then, I have taken several more anatomy and physiology classes in both my undergraduate and graduate studies.  I have always enjoyed helping people to become better movers and have kept that at the forefront of all the classes I teach whether it be dance or fitness.
