Your First Visit

At your first visit you will receive an introductory evaluation. This includes a complimentary consultation with Dr. Cutting for him to determine if he feels he can help your condition, or whether he feels there is someone else better suited for your care.

If after the consultation Dr. Cutting feels he may be able to help, you will move forward with a paid comprehensive orthopedic, neurologic, and chiropractic examination. X-ray imaging is not required for care, but if deemed necessary at any time throughout the course of treatment, Dr. Cutting will write a referral for any diagnostic imaging such as X-ray or MRI.

Dr. Cutting and Dr. Hersha perform a thorough two-day evaluation to ensure it is safe to treat you, and to determine the best course of care to address your condition and help get you back to your best quality of life. Upon reviewing your examination results with you, the last few minutes of the second visit are focused on discussing recommendations for your care plan such as follow-up visits, at-home exercises, stretches, and/or nutrition and supplement recommendations, and financial considerations.

Insurance

Most insurance plans are accepted at our office. We accept auto accident, personal injury, and most health insurance plans (as an out-of-network provider). With out of network plans, we can provide you with a receipt, and you can submit it directly to your insurance. It is possible they may reimburse you more quickly and at a higher rate this way.

We are currently in-network with Pacific Source and Providence. Since there are so many plans and coverage may vary widely, please call us to find out if your plan contributes to care in our office. Our staff will verify your benefits before treatment, at no charge.

No insurance? No problem! There is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic care to be extremely beneficial and cost-effective, and our office has developed care savings options to provide our patients with substantial savings, depending on the care recommended by the doctor. We do not want financial concerns to limit you getting the care you want and deserve.
