Immune Boosting Tonic:

What can we do to stay healthy from the INSIDE?
Immune Boosting Tonic (fire cider) is an excellent way to keep you from getting sick and to help your body stay alkaline. Here’s our recipe:

– Fresh Turmeric root – Fresh Ginger root
– Fresh horseradish
– Fresh Jalapeno
– Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
– Citrus: Tangerine, lemon, lime, oranges, grapefruit
– Fresh Garlic – Onion
– Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
– Raw honey

Grate your roots, slice your citrus, juice them and then use the rinds, chop jalapeno and onion, crush garlic and place all in a large jar or pitcher. Cover with vinegar, and add 1/4 honey. Shake or stir well.
Store in the fridge, this gets better with time. Take at least 2 shots per day for health benefits!



Nutrient-Rich Green Drink:

-Spinach and/or Kale (rinsed, with stems)

-Fresh Ginger Root

-1/2 of an apple, skin included, but seeds removed

-1 Frozen Banana

-1 tblspn Spirulina

-1 Cup of Water

-2 Ice cubes

Blend well in Vitamix or high-speed blender, enjoy!
