Our hearts are with those who have been affected personally by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) as well as the many communities around the world that are facing extreme measures in the attempt to slow its spread.

In an effort to free up our hospital emergency rooms to work on emergencies only, we are keeping our offices open to treat ongoing and emergent medical conditions with Chiropractic and medical massage only. Per Governor Kate Brown’s ordinance 20-12, effective Monday 3/23/20 we have discontinued massage services and have temporarily limited our business hours to:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9:30am-5:30pm

Wednesday 12:00pm-5:30pm

Friday 9:30am-1:00pm

Your safety is our top priority and we are doing our part to reduce the spread and save lives. We continue to follow all federal, state and local authority guidelines and have implemented specific measures at our office outlined below. We appreciate your cooperation to keep everyone healthy!

-If you are sick, please stay home. If possible, call or text our clinic mobile 541-543-5032 so we know you’re okay.
-Please cancel your appointment if it is not essential that you seek medical treatment. If you’re not sure, call us before you come in and we can discuss your case over the phone.

IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT…

-Please use the provided hand sanitizer upon entering the office to disinfect your hands.
-If you have an elevated temperature, we will ask you to go home and reschedule your appointment online or via phone.
-We have added handwashing stations to our offices, options to create at least six feet of space and limit our reception area to a maximum of two people.
-We encourage you to schedule appointments online or via phone when possible.
-The receptionist will ask you to wait in the appropriate treatment room until your provider is ready instead of the reception area. This will limit your contact with other patients and anyone who needs access to the bathroom.
-We are scheduling appointments 15 minutes apart to limit the contact between patients entering and exiting the office and to ensure proper sanitization in between clients.
-We have moved the intake chairs six feet apart in each treatment room.
-In addition to changing all linens and disinfecting the treatment table, armrest, face cradle and rolling stool like normal, we are also disinfecting all frequently touched surfaces including, but not limited to, doorknobs and electronic surfaces (e.g. iPads) after each client.
-All linens are cleaned with a special sanitize feature for disinfection.
-We have removed fleece covers and any other items that cannot be sanitized from the treatment rooms.
-We have limited the office capacity to a maximum of five people divided among four rooms with no more than two people in any room at any given time. Additional patients and guests will be asked to momentarily wait outside.
-All employees who can work from home have been asked to do so.

-Dr. Anthony Cutting is our social distancing implementor and enforcer. He is available to answer any questions during our temporary business hours.  Please call our clinic mobile 541-543-5032.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We’re healthy and here for you!
