Nicole Elliott

Hello, I am Nicole. I have 30 years’ experience both as a dance instructor and also a group fitness instructor. I received my B.A. in Dance from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. I moved to Oregon shortly after finishing my undergraduate studies to work on my graduate studies in Dance Science at the University of Oregon. I was also a graduate teaching fellow during my time there teaching dance classes for non-majors. My fascination with the human body began in high school when I took my first anatomy class. Since then, I have taken several more anatomy and physiology classes in both my undergraduate and graduate studies. I have always enjoyed helping people to become better movers and have kept that at the forefront of all the classes I teach whether it be dance or fitness.
