KIN STRETCH is a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility and USABLE ranges of motion.

Unlike many training systems, KINSTRETCH practice is complete with a self-assessment system allowing you the ability to monitor your own body for dysfunction that may be causing pain, loss of performance, or that may be putting you at an increased chance of injury.

Put simply, KINSTRETCH is strength training for your joints that applies scientific principles to improve your movement potential,  mitigate injuries and promote joint longevity and health.

Goals of Kinstretch:

Improve joint health and longevity

Mitigate injury

Expand and train workspace of a joint

Continually assess potential dysfunction

Learn to own all of your possibilities for active movement

Bulletproof your joints

What to expect in a Kinstretch class:

Expect to be educated–  You will be be introduced to FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) principals and terminology.  These scientific concepts will enhance knowledge and understanding of your own body.

Expect to work–  Class uses internal effort (called irradiation) You choose the intensity at which you work.  You will be guided to choose a measure appropriate for your “KINSTRETCH training age.”  No matter the level of intensity, you will be using your body in new ways, and that is always a challenge!

Expect to use limited equipment–  Class takes place on a soft floor and additional mats are provided, along with KINSTRETCH blocks, balls, and some other training tools.

Expect to be in class with a variety of people–  KINSTRETCH is geared towards all humans, as the goal is to enhance and improve human movement in general.  There will be a variety of humans in your class of varying age, body types, occupations, and athletic levels.

Expect to see results–  With regular practice, you will notice mobility gains, and often fairly fast.  Paired with this are often overall improvement in general body movement and feeling of well-being, along with performance enhancement.
